Buyer may not cancel his/her order once checkout is completed. 

Thryft.sg reserves the right to cancel any transaction on the Website. Buyer agrees that Buyer’s sole remedy will be to receive a refund in SGD equivalent to the sale price of book via a Paylah! Transaction. 

In the case of a wrong delivery within NUS, the Buyer is responsible for notifying Thryft.sg via email within 3 days and the Buyer will be responsible to drop off the wrong book at Thryft.sg collection points within 5 days. The correct book will then be delivered on the next available delivery date and a discount code will be emailed to the Buyer, which can be used during subsequent purchases.

In the case of a wrong delivery outside of NUS, the Buyer is responsible for notifying Thryft.sg via email within 3 days. The correct book will then be delivered upon confirmation. 

Other than the above mentioned, there is a strict no return policy of books purchased.
